1st of Dhul Hijjah will be tomorrow – Friday 2nd August 2019
9th of Dhul Hijjah (Yawm ul Arafat) will be on Saturday 10th of August
The prophet (SAW) said: “Whoever fasts the day of Arafat, Allah will forgive their previous year and their current year of sins” [Muslim]
10th of Dhul Hijjah (Eid Day) will be on Sunday 11th of August.
SPECIAL EVENTS:
On Thursday 8th August 6:30pm to 8:00pm – Professor Mustafa Abu Sway (Imam at masjid ul Aqsa and professor at Al-Quds University) will speak on Masjid ul Aqsa and its relevance today. This will be a pot luck Iftar event – please bring a dish to share
On Saturday (Yawm ul Arafat) 10th of August 6:30pm to 8:00pm Hereafter series with Ustadh Vajid Pathan followed by Pot Luck Iftar. Please bring a dish to share

Eid prayers: There will be one Eid prayer at the masjid at 7am (Takbeer time)
The second prayer will be at the Civic Center at 9am (more information to follow)

Daily – Join us for the daily prayers in congregation – Short Khathira after Isha daily with Imam Faraghali.

– Sunday School 10:30am to 1:30pm. All are encouraged to stay and pray with your children for Dhuhr Salat.
