EID-UL-FITR will be on Tuesday June 4th 2019 – takbeer times will be 6:30am, 8:30am and 10:30am – Salat times will be half an hour after.
Iqama Times (from Sunday 3/10/19):
Fajr – 20 minutes after the Adhan
Dhuhr – 1:00pm
Asar – 5:30pm
Maghrib – 10 minutes after Sunset
Isha – Soon after Adhan
Tharaveeh will commence soon after Isha Salaat – please be on time for Isha.
There will be daily khatira after 8 raka’at of Tharaveeh every night
Youth lectures will be every Saturday in Ramadan after Asar
Qur’an competition will be on Sunday May 26th 2019 from Dhuhr to Asar
From 24th (Friday night) 20th night of Ramadan there will be daily midnight lectures and Qiyam Ul Layl.
Khatam Al Qur’an will be on Sunday June 2nd – 29th night of Ramadan
There will be community catered Iftar and dinner on Friday and Saturday during the month of Ramadan. If you would like to sponsor Iftar please sign up at the masjid. Each slot is $500.
WE WANT TO HAVE A BLESSED AND PEACEFUL RAMADAN AND THERE ARE STAFF THAT WILL BE HELPING PLEASE ASSIST THEM IF THEY REQUEST YOU ANYTHING
THERE WILL BE STRICTLY NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN THE MUSALLA AREA EXCEPT FOR WATER – NO EXCEPTIONS PLEASE
MAY ALLAH (SWT) BLESS US ALL WITH MERCY, FORGIVENESS AND PROTECTION FROM HELL FIRE AND MAY HE SHOWER HIS BLESSINGS, HIS PEACE AND HIS LIGHT ON ALL OF US AND MAY HE GIVE US AL JANNATH UL FIRDHOUS! MAY HE ACCEPT OUR PRAYERS, OUR FASTING, OUR ZAKAT AND OUR DUE IN THIS BLESSED MONTH.
Since Sheikh Faragali (who has come to be with us all the way from Egypt) and many of the visiting shuyukh will be given honoraria – please donate generously this month. There will be a collection in the last ten days for the Imam and other shuyukh who help.
