The Islamic Association of Greater Hartford held a gathering at Berlin Masjid to bring people in the Greater Hartford Community together and show support for one another following the tragedy at the Boston Marathon.

Interfaith Community Prayer – Service of healing(Berlin, 4/17/2013) – The interfaith leaders of Greater Hartford invite the community to a prayer service of healing.This prayer service is dedicated to heal from the tragic events of the Boston bombings. Although we do not know all the facts we know the aversion we all feel at this tragic news. In all of our faith communities the taking of life is a crime against God and humanity.Venue – Islamic Association of Greater Hartford, 1781 Berlin Turnpike, Berlin, CT 06037Date – Thursday 18th April 2013Time – 7pm to 8pm“Our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their family members.
