Last ten days/nights of Ramadan

Assalaamu-alaikum dear brothers and sisters,

Ramadan Mubarak to all of you. May Allah accept your fasting, prayers, dua and sadaqa in this blessed month in these most blessed nights of the year.
IMPORTANT DATES –
The masjid fundraiser will be on the 7th/8th of May (Friday and Saturday – 26th and 27th nights of Ramadan). It will be soon after Jumuah Khotba and between Isha and Tharaweeh In-sha Allah! Please donate generously.
Qatam-ul-Qur’an will be on the night of Monday May 10th In-shaa Allah
Eid-ul Fitr – Thursday May 13th 2021
Please note your Zakat-ul Fitr/Fitrana is $10 per member of your family. There is a box specially set up for Fitrana. Please give your Fitrana as soon as possible.
Iqama times:
Fajr – 20 minutes after the adhan (NOTE TIME CHANGE)
Dhuhr – 10 minutes after adhan
Asr – 10 minutes after adhan
Maghrib – 10 minutes after sunset
Isha -15 minutes after adhan
3am – Qiyam-ul Layl starts at 3am Monday 3rd (night of May 2nd is the 21st night of Ramadan) – Please note the guidelines for Qiyam-ul layl will be the same as for Taraweeh. N-95 masks and 6 feet apart.
Please have your ‘Suhoor’ before you come for Qiyam ul layl and bring a snack and water to have between Qiyam and Fajr. Please have your snack and drink in your car. The masjid will not be open for consumption of food. No use of the kitchen will be allowed.
Taraweeh guidelines:
At the time of the Iqama for Isha the masjid doors will lock. Anyone coming after that will have to pray outdoors. The doors of the masjid will open 15 minutes before the adhan for Isha
There will be no registration. It will be first come first served.
No one under the age of 12 years will be allowed in the musalla area. Please no shaking hands or hugging due to the pandemic.
You will be required to wear an N-95/KN-95 facemask and stay 6 feet apart and take wudu at home. Please bring your prayer rug and a bag to keep your shoes in. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THE MASJID IF YOU ARE IN ANY WAY UNWELL (that includes sore throat, sinus issues, fevers or GI issues).
Please think about the weakest among us who may contract the virus from you and may not survive.
