Ramadan is upon us inshallah and the first day is expected to be on March 23, 2023, therefore Taraweeh will start after Isha on March 22, 2023. May Allah accept your salat, siyam, zakat, duaa and sadaqa. We will share more information on Ramadan program as it gets closer to the month.
It was narrated that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) said: “Whoever gives food for a fasting person to break his fast, he will have a reward like theirs, without that detracting from their reward the slightest”. We will be hosting Iftar events on 6 nights in Ramadan inshallah. Each night requires iftar sponsorship by 5 people $500 each. Individuals may sponsor more than one slot. Fridays 7:30 pm after Isha – Boys Halaqa by YM (Young Muslims – Berlin) geared towards ages 15-25 and held in the new youth center (33 Bishop Curve + Main Building)
Saturday mornings youth and new Muslim tafsir class – After Fajr – high school and college students are welcome! This is a youth and revert/convert-oriented Quran tafsir class led by Dr. Reza Mansoor. Class is in person and an online option is available
Sundays 7 am to 9 am – Online Arabic classes with Sr. Ghoufran Allababidi
Sunday School – Sundays 10:30 to 1pm
Qur’an classes Mondays and Thursdays – 6pm to 7:30pm. Contact Br. Mukhtar 860-966-8041 for details.
Tuesdays – Between Maghrib to Isha – Divine discussions with Br. Ibrahim Kamara. (Geared towardsCollege and young professionals) – held in the new youth center (33 Bishop Curve)
Thursdays after Isha Salat (7:30pm), Khatira with Imam Farghali – Main Building
Daily – Join us for all 5 daily prayers in congregation with Imam Farghali.

Iqama Times:
Fajr – Half hour after the athan
Dhuhr – 10 minutes after athan
Asr – 10 minutes after the athan
Maghrib – 5 minutes after the athan
Isha – 7:30 pm through the rest of winter
